Our bodies are overloaded with toxic food, drinks and thoughts. Toxins are the root cause of our bodies inability to maintain homeostasis, a balance between our weight, energy and hormones. The choices we make every day affect how we feel and how our body functions. Success is a result of two relatively simple things: the willingness to try new things and to release old habits.

My specialty is food intolerance, and inflammation in the body. I walk people step by step  to help them better understand their bodies and how the things they put into their bodies affect the way they feel.
